Evaluation
Problem:
A client realized it needed evaluation of the results of its program, so it can be improved and any new programs reflected on any changes. Due to time constraints, the Mission needed highly experienced team to be fielded in a very short time frame.
Solution:
IT Shows was able to put together a solid team of experts that was able to conduct extensive evaluation of the program within the required time table. The team was able to identify gaps in the existing program and make recommendations for the redesign of a new project activity.
