Problem:
A federal client wanted to get the latest information and research results from key industry partners. IT Shows was asked to plan, organize and executive a major lessons learned conference.
Solution:
IT Shows planned, organized, and executed major conference involving over 120 participants representing some thirty companies from five continents – Europe, Asia, Australia and the Americas. In addition to conference planning, logistics and on-site support, IT Shows transcribed, documented, and recording in various media the entire proceedings of the conference.
Benefit:
The client agency received solid documentation of lessons from the industry on time and actual proceedings were captured in various forms media for further analysis by the client.
